Our Story
We are an enterprise that is transforming the fish value chain through ethical and inclusive partnerships with thousands of smallholder farmers. Our investments span the entire fish supply chain, from input provision and production to aggregation and processing. Through our growing network of dedicated fish producers, we are building a more sustainable, efficient, and equitable fish sector that creates income, improves nutrition, and empowers rural communities.
Recognizing the challenges faced by small-scale fish farmers in Malawi – including limited access to quality inputs, inadequate training, and poor market linkages – we developed a comprehensive solution that addresses every aspect of the fish farming ecosystem.
Our approach combines traditional knowledge with modern aquaculture techniques, creating a sustainable model that has already empowered over 4,500 farmers across Malawi. Through our integrated value chain, we're not just producing fish; we're building resilient communities and ensuring food security for future generations.
